Considered one of the finest Cabernet Francs in the entire state, this wine reveals a complex and layered aromatic profile with floral notes of violet interspersed with hints of berry and black cherry, followed by touches of coffee, aromatic herbs, graphite, and tobacco. On the palate, it is balanced and elegant. It has a medium body and ripe tannins. It is round, fresh, and silky. It has a soft and smooth texture and a long, persistent, and slightly smoky finish.
