2021 Brut Rosé

Schramsberg North Coast Brut Rosé 2021 is a vibrant and elegant sparkling wine handcrafted in California using the traditional méthode champenoise. Made from a refined blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sourced from cool-climate vineyards across the North Coast, this vintage rosé offers complexity, finesse, and festive charm in every sip. It is fruitful, complex, and dry, making it both versatile with food and delicious by itself as an apéritif. The character of the wine is most strongly influenced by bright, flavorful Pinot Noir grown along the coast from southern Mendocino County to northern Marin County.

Aromas include bright red berries, citrus peel, hints of fresh-baked brioche, layers of strawberry and raspberry, juicy orange, lemon-lime, candied apple, ginger, hibiscus, and short-bread cookie. The palate is lively and crisp with flavors of strawberry, cherry, blood orange, and creamy undertones. It has tangy acidity and a bright, juicy core, supported by flavors of strawberry-rhubarb and pineapple, with a clean and refreshing finish with balanced acidity and fine bubbles, tart cranberry, and lime zest.
