2023 Eola-Amity Hills Chardonnay

The 2023 Eola-Amity Hills Chardonnay is 100% Chardonnay sourced from multiple vineyards in Eola-Amity Hills, including Temperance Hill, X Omni, and Orchard House. The grapes are pressed thoroughly, and the wines are natively fermented and aged on their lees for 12 months in French oak (35% new) followed by 6 months in stainless steel. It is kept unfiltered before bottling. The wine exhibits a dry and vibrant palate with bright flavors of lemony citrus fruits, reductive notes of flint smoke, light woody nuances, and a hint of spicy red apple and saline minerality. It has a moderately full body and high acidity, leading to a juicy finish with notes of crunchy appley fruit and savory wood spice.
