2021 The Prisoner Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet Sauvignon features enticing aromas of Bing cherry, dark chocolate, clove, and roasted fig. Aromas of black cherry and ripe plum are layered with vanilla and baking spice. Persistent flavors of ripe raspberry, boysenberry, pomegranate, and vanilla linger harmoniously, for a smooth and luscious finish. Concentrated dark fruit flavors culminate in a lush, full mouthfeel and a lengthy finish. It is aged for approximately 15 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, with 50-55% new oak. This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Merlot, Malbec, and Charbono.
