This wine is designed to be a welcome guest at any gathering, pairing well with rich meals and candid conversations.

The 2023 Hippie Hill Red Blend is a blend of 61% Mourvèdre, 17% Syrah, 13% Zinfandel, and 9% Grenache, sourced from the CCOF Certified Organic Thibido Vineyard in Paso Robles' Willow Creek District. The fruit was hand-harvested in late October 2023 after a perfect growing season. Fermentation occurred in open-top fermenters using native yeasts, followed by aging in both new and neutral French oak barrels. In the glass, it presents a medium to dark purple core with aromas of blackberry, muddled violets, anise, pencil shavings, smoked meats, and chocolate-covered cherries, grounded by earthy notes of crushed rock. The palate is full and round, bursting with strawberries, blueberries, bing cherry, and a hint of spice, complemented by subtle coffee notes and mild tannins, leading to a long, polished, and savory finish.
