2024 Estate Rosé

Our Provence style rosé is light, crisp, and has beautiful acidity. Made in the saignée method, this rosé maintains stunning rose-gold color and is perfect to sip on for any occasion. It is made with 100% Estate grown fruit from L'Aventure Vineyard, undergoing a very long and cool alcoholic fermentation in 100% stainless steel, with no skin contact, no malolactic fermentation, and no barrel fermentation. It is recommended to drink within 1-2 years.
