Mon P'Tit Pithon Blanc is pale yellow color with bright clarity. The nose evokes white flowers, citrus, white peach, fresh almond, wild fennel and subtle floral hints. Light to medium body on the palate, with lively acidity, fresh fruit flavors, mineral character, balanced structure and a clean, persistent, saline finish with citrus notes.
