2023 Signature Chardonnay

The 2023 vintage is the inaugural bottling of Kinney Ranch Chardonnay. This vintage finished quite warm in September so it was a race to get our white grapes into the winery early to maintain acidity and brightness. This year also marked the first time we used a large format puncheon (500 li-ters) on the Chardonnay.

Aromas of poached pear, balsam, lemon curd, and shortbread combine with the layers of vanilla and white pepper on the palate to give this wine an opulent and plush texture. The Willamette Valley has become one of the new world's most sought after regions to grow and craft the Chardonnay grape. Signature represents a selection of the highest quality Chardonnay barrels from our cellar. Chosen for their extraordinary texture and concentration, each barrel blends seamlessly together to create our most elegant expression of Chardonnay.
